Our Story

The journey began when Abby moved to Boston shortly after graduating from college. Her brother, David, was living in Medford with two roommates at the time - Mike and Pratheev. She saw the three of them often while getting acquainted with the city and vividly remembers Pratheev telling stories that made her laugh so hard she was afraid of peeing her pants. Pratheev recalls the hours stooped over a writing pad, carefully crafting stories and practicing comedic timing and delivery. He is thankful for the eventual payoff.

On May 2, 2016 when Abby and Pratheev were traveling together in Iceland, Pratheev surprised her with a proposal on top of mount Laugarfjall. They are both thrilled to celebrate with you in September!

Parking is available at the barn.

By Shuttle Bus

A shuttle bus will run from Portland to the venue. The bus will leave at 2:15pm on September 9th from in front of the Dimillo's entrance on Commercial Street in downtown Portland. The bus will have a sign on it that says Sreetharan/Chapman wedding. The bus will only be able to idle with its blinkers on for 5-7 minutes, so be early!

The shuttle bus will provide round trip service from the barn back to the same spot in Portland after the wedding. It's a simple walk to Rí Rá for the afterparty.
